All of us are conditioned by “3 Cs” - Our Childhood Upbringing, Circumstances as well the Choices made over the years. Most Human Beings show a tendency to reject everything after a certain age. Hence, it is next to impossible to teach ‘grown up’ people anything new. And, teaching working professionals and established organizations would be an exercise in futility.
To substantiate the point, consider the following:

1. If you tell a child not to go close to the fire, what do you think would be the result? The child would not listen to you and would become more curious to experience fire. Only, when the child has a firsthand encounter with fire, he or she will ‘learn’ the perils of playing with fire.
2. Your friend is prone to rash driving. Inspite of sound advice from you and other friends as well as family, he does not change. Only after experiencing an accident, he learns, it is time to become a cautious driver.

Similar analogy can be drawn for working individuals and companies. Unfortunately, neither do we have the time nor the luxury to wait for experiences to happen in the Corporate World. We do not wish to make a claim to ‘train’ individuals and organizations. Instead, we wish to ‘enable learning’ by providing a platform to bring forward common experiences thru’ interactive sessions. To train is to teach and people do not want to be taught anything after they pass out from their school / university. To learn is to experience and there is no better teacher in this world than to understand something on your own.
